Infection virus, reboot sans cesse à l'arrivée sur le bureau

Bonjour,

Mon PC ne démarre plus.
J'ai un ecran bleu d'entré de jeu avec un message "dumping physical memory" avec une infos sur le fichier qui semble poser problème : fwpkclnt.sys

Si quelqu'un pourrait m'aidé ... Ce serait cool !

En fait si je parle de virus c'est que tout juste avant d'avoir cet écran bleu, j'ai eu un virus (ou spyware).

J'ai fais le c.. et ouvert un mauvais fichier !

Spybot m'en a détecté un mais n'a pas réussi a le supprimer.
J'avais le message "your computer is infected" en popup Windows.

Et quelques minutes après, reboot avec le message expliqué plus haut.

Tu penses vraiment que c'est matériel toujours ?

J'ai eu un message "Killing process", une liste de process qui ont été viré (pas le temps de la voir).
Et plus rien, tout a été fermé, SmitFraudFix inclu.
Là du coup c'est écran noir, plus rien ne se passe.

Je peux juste faire un Ctrl.Alt.Supp pour lancer la tache "explorer" et revenir à Windows.

Angeldark, déjà merci pour ton aide sur les précédents messages.

J'ai réussi a rebooter Windows normalement après un restauration ...
Du coup je suis sur la machine qui a le problème (avant j'étais sur mon portable).
J'espère que l'écran bleu ne vas pas revenir !

Après un scan de Spybot, je trouve le spyware Virtumonde sur ma machine. Il m'affiche un icone en bas a droite avec le message "Your computer is infected !"

Du coup j'ai relancé SmitFraudFix Option 2 en mode Windows normal.
Ca a fait autre chose qu'avant ... Voilà le nouveau rapport :

Euh...ton premier rapport Hijackthis ne provenait pas de la machine à problèmes ?

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

  • Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
  • Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".
  • Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :
    -- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
    -- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.
