salut à tous

voila mon problème : il y a quelque temps, plusieurs truc bizarre du style des fenetres popup ou des messages d'erreur s'affichaient sans arrete sur mon ecran, puis il y a 3 jours, mon anivirus déclare "infecté avec trojan win32.monder.gen" mais il ne peut pas le supprimer. le virus est situé dans le dossier WINDOWS\System32. j'ai essayé de faire des scan avec les AV ci-dessous :
-Spybot S&D
-AVG antispyware
-malwarebytes'antimalware

mais à chaque fois que le scan demarre l'ordi s'arrete et un ecran bleu affiche plein de trucs que je ne saisi pas, notamment vers la fin un "vidage de la mémoire physique", ce qui me fait peur donc j'étein l'alim direct (oui je sais ca peut paraitre con mais bon...)

donc j'aimerais savoir ce que vous me conseillez.

je suis sous windows XP avec internet exp et l'antivirus fourni avec l'abonnement orange. (j'ai eu beau dire à mes parents que c'est de la belle arnaque, 5€ par moi pour ce truc mais ils n'y entendent rien

Télécharge Hijackthis (de Trend Micro) sur ton Bureau.

• Double clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer l'installation.
• Clique sur Install.
• Double clique sur le raccourci d'HijackThis qui vient d'être créé pour le lancer. (Clique droit -> lancer en tant qu'admin si sous Vista)
• Accepte la licence en cliquant sur Yes.
• Clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile".
• Poste ici le rapport généré.

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

• Désactive temporairement toute protection résidente ! (Antivirus, antispywares..)
• Double clique sur ComboFix.exe.
• Accepte la licence en cliquant sur Oui.
• Lorsque l'opération sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Le rapport se trouve ici : %systemdrive%\ComboFix.txt (%systemdrive% étant la partition où est installée Windows; C:\ en général)

mais j'ai bien l'impression que les virus ont été supprimé! je vais faire un scan avec mon antivirus et je posterai le rapport demain.

salut en fait les problemes persistent mais en plus grave : l'ordi affiche un ecran bleu au démarrage en mode normal... donc j'ai démarré en mode sans echec mais je sais pas quoi faire... que me conseillez vous?

j'ai fait une restauration du système mais je voudrais savoir si il y a un risque que le virus ai été réinstallé (ou autre chose) après cette opération. pour l'instant tt est normal...

Sélectionne l'intégralité du cadre ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer Combofix. Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport ComboFix.txt.
S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même le rapport.

• Copie/colle le dans le Bloc Notes (Démarrer\Tous les programmes\Accessoires\Bloc notes.)
• Enregistre le sous sur ton bureau sous le nom de CFScript.txt
• Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans ComboFix.exe comme ci-dessous :

• Cela va relancer Combofix. Poste le contenu du rapport ComboFix.txt après redémarrage s'il y en a un.
