Aidez moi virus sur messenger fichier zip

Un bonjour ?
On n'écrit pas en SMS  

Télécharge MSNFix.zip ([#ff0000]!aur3n7[/#f]) sur ton Bureau.
Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (Clique-Droit/Extraire tout).

Ouvre le dossier MSNFix puis double-clique sur MSNFix.bat.
- Exécute l'option R.
-- Si l'infection est détectée, presse une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.

[#ff0000]Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations.
Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur manuellement.[/#f]

Poste le rapport situé dans le dossier MSNFix.
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

j'ai eu EXACTEMENT le meme truc ^^

j'espere que tu as eu/aura de la chance, moi j'ai essayé 5 ou 6 trucs differents ca y a rien fait  

bah un matin me suis levé, voulu parler a un pote, pis quand j'ai vu que ca envoyait encore en rafale a tous les contacts connectés le fameux fichier a decompresser, j'ai tout simplement formaté ^^

un peu extreme mais probleme resolu et disques durs tout neufs  

j'avais juste formaté le disque systeme, ou le truc avait ete decompressé

j'ai essayé le truc de MSNFix mais quedal en faisant des recherches j'ai découvert que c'est un Trojan(pas compliqué a comprendre)lol...bref bitdefender ne le trouve pas j'ai télécharger Spywares doctor et lui le trouve dans un fichier appelé msn.log le chemin serai C: /msn.log...or j'arrive pas a le supprimer ni a le trouver...

"L'infection n'a pas été detecté"...ça c'est ce que dit MSNFIX...j'envoi quand même le rapport?

Télécharge puis installe Hijackthis (Trend Micro)
Poste ensuite un rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

Re,

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".

Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".

Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :
-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.

Télécharge ComboFix ([#ff0000]sUBs[/#f]) sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.

Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\combofix.txt*) dans ta prochaine réponse.

Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte se situant dans le cadre ci-dessous :



Ouvre le Bloc-Notes puis colle (Ctrl+V) le texte précedemment copié.
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans Combofix.exe comme ci-dessous :


Cela va relancer Combofix, tape sur 1 puis valide. Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport Hijackthis.

en fait je me suis trompé j'ai mis ouvrir avec le bloc note au lieu d'internet est-ce sue ça change quelque chose?

Non c'est pas un rapport...je sais pas ce que je dois faire...

cette page s'affiche sans arrêt et quand je la ferme elle se réouvre et on ne me demande pas de tapper 1

Tu n'as pas un rapport combofix.txt à la racine de ton disque ?

Non peut-être que je dois réinstaller combofix...Je le fais et je te dis ce qu'il en est.

non ça ne marche pas de plus mon antivirus m'avertit qu'il bloque un trojan...on peut pas éviter combofix?

mon antivirus detecte un trojan lorsque je met le fichier dans combofix

en allant sur winrar j'ai recherché le fichier msn.log je l'ai trouvé et supprimé je pense l'avoir supprimé (le virus)mais je n'en suis pas sur...comment puis-je vérifier?

Désactive ton antivirus (comme demandé dans mes procédures...) quand tu utilises Combofix.
