Très gros problème avec virus

Bonjour à tous !

Un copain a choppé une saloperie. Un virus? un trojan? on n'en sait rien.

Les symptomes :

- un message VIRUS ALERT ! à droite de l'horloge en bas à droite
- Les disques c (avec windows) et d (avec les jeux) ont disparu et sont inaccessibles.
- Toutes les fonctionnalités windows xp (panneau de config, exécuter, restauration systeme...) ont disparu et sont inaccessibles.
- La commande msdos est bloqué en mode windows normal
- Impossible de mettre les antivirus à jour et de lancer un controle antivirus avec avg 8.0
- Fond d'écran disparu
- un logiciel inconnu "winprotect spyware" un truc comme ça, est installé dans la barre de tache (d'où il vient ???)
- il doit bien y avoir autre choses...

On a utilisé tout type de programme antivirus :
- combofix
- malwarebytes anti-malware
- sdfix
- smitfraudfix
- kill_amvo_virus_uusb_en
- symantec
- et bien sur avg qui ne fonctionne pas

Tous ces logiciels ont été utilisé correctement (tutorial à l'appui sur internet)

On désespère, ça nous gonfle, le pc a eu de la chance de pas finir dans le lac d'à coté :fou:

Depuis j'ai eus recemment une fenetre rouge "your privacy is in danger"...

Mais a mon avis il n'y a pas que ça..... avec tout ce qui m'est arrivé aujourd'hui

mais quand tu dis "bizarre"....... c'est à dire ???

Re,

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".

Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".

Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :
-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.
[#ff0000]REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.[/#f]
