bonjour, je suis victime d'un trojan et j'aurai grand besoin d'aide.

les premiers sympthomes sont que lorsque je fais arreter le système, il redemarre instentanement.
mes connaissances en informatique sont plus que limitées.
j'ai par contre déja fait quelques recherche sur ce site et ainsi telechargé Hijackthis.

petite precision, avg a supprimé 7 infections:

mais reste un fichier qu'il detecte comme une erreur et que je n'arrive pas a supprimer:

Salut,

Télécharge MsnFix (de !aur3n7) sur ton Bureau. (>><< )

  • Dézippe le sur ton bureau.
  • Ouvre le dossier MSNFix puis double-clique sur MSNFix.bat. (L’extension bat peut ne pas apparaître)
  • Exécute l'option R.
  • Si l'infection est détectée, presse une touche pour lancer le Nettoyage. (N)
  • Si tu dois redémarrer l’ordinateur fais le manuellement.
  • Poste le rapport situé dans le dossier MSNFix.
  • Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log


Note: Si tu obtiens un fichier zip d’upload sur ton bureau, merci de l'envoyer sur http://upload.changelog.fr

au demarrage aujourd'hui avg s"est lancé automatiquement et m'a detecté 2 elements que voici et qu'il a supprimer:

Désinstalle via Ajout/Suppression de Programmes (si présents) :

  • SweetIm
  • Macromaging


- Poste de travail/outils/option des dossiers/affichage/afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés/Appliquer - - > OK
- Poste de travail/outils/option des dossiers/affichage/décocher masquer les fichiers protégés du système d’exploitation./Appliquer - - > OK

Tu recocheras après.

Puis supprime les dossiers correspondants :

  • Dans Programfiles
  • Dans Programfiles\Fichiers communs
  • Dans %allusersprofile%\application data

( XP -> C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data,
Vista -> C:\Users\ton nom\appdata\roaming)

  • Etc ... (Tu peux rechercher les dossiers à supprimer par une recherche Windows [Démarrer\rechercher])


Télécharge Ccleaner sur ton Bureau.

  • Clique sur "download the latest version"
  • Installe-le en laissant seulement les options suivantes cochées :

- Ajouter un raccourci sur le Bureau
- Contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de CCleaner

  • Lance le Nettoyage
  • Clique sur Chercher des erreurs et sauvegarde si tu le souhaites.


Aide : Comment utiliser CCleaner.

Télécharge Clean (de Malekal) sur ton Bureau.

  • Dézippe le sur ton bureau. Double-clic sur le dossier Clean qui vient d'apparaître.
  • Double-clic sur Clean.cmd. (L’extension cmd peut ne pas apparaître) Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
  • Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 puis entrée. Ensuite appuies sur une touche comme il te sera demandé.
  • Poste le rapport qui se trouve ici : C:\rapport_clean.txt


Si tu obtiens un fichier C:\upload_moi.zip, merci de faire ceci.

Re, bon voila, j'ai supprimer un SweetIM dans application data, le seul que j'ai trouvé d'ailleur puis fait les 2 nettoyages.

Ça semble mieux.

Relance HijackThis (clique droit -> lancer en tant qu'adminstrateur sous Vista), do a system scan only, coche ces lignes (si toujours présentes) :

  • Clique sur Démarrer Online Scanner.
  • Sélectionne le poste de travail comme analyse. Enregistres sous le rapport en format .txt.
  • Colle son rapport ici.
  • Poste un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.

non, par contre le fichier C:\WINDOWS\system32\%% ^ ^ ^%% ^ % % .exe est toujours la.

qu'en est il du rapport kaspersky stipulant le virus?

Supprime ta version d'MSNFix. Retélécharge-le. Relance le en mode sans échec, s'il ne trouve pas ce fichier, supprime-le toi même en mode sans échec, fais moi parvenir les résultats ;)

ca y est, ce coup ci il est mort.
je l'ai supprimé manuellement aprés un nouveau scan msnfix.

je vais desinstaller avg et coller antivir sur mon pc.
j'ai egalement la version gratuite de ad-aware et j'ai recement installé zone alarme.
par contre, pour zone alarme, y a t'il une maniere de le paramatrer pour pas qu'il bloque chaque click sur le net??

sinon merci beaucoup pour ton assistance et longue a ce site et son equipe.

Re,

Je n'ai jamais utilisé Zone Alarm, donc je ne peux pas vraiment te dire.. à part d'autoriser les applications vitales, ce dont tu es sûr.

Télécharge ToolsCleaner2( de A.Rothstein)

  • Installe le sur ton Bureau
  • Clique sur [Recherche] pour lancer le scan
  • Clique sur [Supprimer] pour nettoyer les outils utilisés
  • Clique sur [Quitter],
  • Poste ce rapport ~>C:\TCleaner.txt<~



  • Mets ton ordi correctement à jour >ici<
  • Si ce n'est pas fait, assure-toi que les Mises à jour Automatiques Windows soient activées !


Puis regarde ces dossiers :

- Sécurité/Prévention
- Conséquences de la multi-protection
- Toolbars : Inutilité et ralentissements
