Ralenntissement Terrible

Bonjour à tous.
Voici mon probleme, comme je l'indique dans le titre, depuis qu'elques jours je suis en proie a une lenteur incroyable sur mon navigateur internet.
J'arrive ,grace a opéra a voir le débit de chargement de la page... des fois il n'atteint meme pas 300 octets/s !!!

J'ai d'abord pensé que cétait ma connexion qui avait du mal, mais sur un autre ordinateur ça marche bien.

J'ai également changé de navigateur sans succes.

Enfin jai pensé que cétait la carte wifi , mais la encore j'en doute vu que en réalité je me suis rendu compte que il ny a que la navigation qui pose probleme. En effet en télechargent tout est normal. Un test de débit au pres d'un des nombreux sites me confirme que mon débit est normal (environ du 2 méga).

Je pense donc qu'il s'agit d'un virus et demande votre aide.

Pas sûr du tout que ce soit un virus, surtout si tu ne déclares aucun autre symptôme.

Télécharge Hijackthis (de Trend Micro) sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Clique sur Install.
Double clique sur le raccourci d'HijackThis qui vient d'être créé pour le lancer.
Accepte la licence en cliquant sur Yes.
Clique sur "Do a system scan and save a logfile".
Poste ici le rapport généré.

Note : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Hijackthis\Hijackthis.log

Salut,

Apparemment rien.

On va vérifier :

Télécharge SDFix (d’Andy Manchesta)

Enregistre le sur ton le bureau.
Lance le.
Fais install afin qu’il puisse s’extraire.

Redémarre en mode sans échec
/!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\

Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\
Double clique sur RunThis.bat (L’extension bat peut ne pas apparaître)
Appuie sur Y pour le lancer.
Il te sera demandé d'appuyer sur une touche pour redemarrer , fais le
Il est probable que le redémarrage soit un peu plus long que d’habitude.
Une fois l’apparition de ton Bureau, il affichera Finished
Appuie sur une touche.
Un rapport est généré , poste le dans ta réponse.

Il se trouve également. dans le dossier SDFix >Report.txt<

Relance HijackThis (clique droit -> lancer en tant qu'adminstrateur sous Vista), do a system scan only, coche ces lignes (si toujours présentes) :

Ferme toutes les applications en cours (particulièrement ton navigateur Internet).
Puis Fix Checked !

Tu peux également remplacer Avast! par AntiVir.

Désinstalle via Ajout/Suppression de Programmes (si présents) :

Avast!

Télécharge et exécute : http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-uninstall-utility.html

Télécharge Ccleaner sur ton Bureau.

Clique sur "download the latest version"
Installe-le en laissant seulement les options suivantes cochées :

- Ajouter un raccourci sur le Bureau
- Contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de CCleaner

Lance le Nettoyage
Clique sur Chercher des erreurs et sauvegarde si tu le souhaites.

Aide : Comment utiliser CCleaner.

Télécharge AntiVir sur ton Bureau.

Double clique sur l'exécutable téléchargé pour lancer l'installation.
A la fin de l'installation, clique sur Finish.
Ouvre Antivir, assure-toi qu’il soit bien à jour !
Dans l'onglet Local Protection, choisis Scanner.
Active la recherche de rootkits via le + de rootkit search, puis dans manual selection, coche tout (tes partitions de disque dur).
Clique sur la loupe du milieu pour lancer le scan en tant qu'Administrateur.
Poste moi le rapport généré : Pour cela, clique sur l'onglet Overview, puis choisis Reports, tu trouveras son rapport..

Note : Pour une éradication des menaces plus efficace, lance le scan en mode sans échec.

Pourquoi changer ? Avast vs Antivir.

Aide : Comment installer et utiliser AntiVir.

Désinstalle via Ajout/Suppression de Programmes (si présents) :

- Poste de travail/outils/option des dossiers/affichage/afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés/Appliquer - - > OK
- Poste de travail/outils/option des dossiers/affichage/décocher masquer les fichiers protégés du système d’exploitation./Appliquer - - > OK

Tu recocheras après.

Puis supprime les dossiers correspondants :

Dans Programfiles
Dans Programfiles\Fichiers communs
Dans %allusersprofile%\application data

( XP -> C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data,
Vista -> C:\Users\ton nom\appdata\roaming)

Etc ... (Tu peux rechercher les dossiers à supprimer par une recherche Windows [Démarrer\rechercher])

Télécharge Ccleaner sur ton Bureau.

Clique sur "download the latest version"
Installe-le en laissant seulement les options suivantes cochées :

- Ajouter un raccourci sur le Bureau
- Contrôler automatiquement les mises à jour de CCleaner

Lance le Nettoyage
Clique sur Chercher des erreurs et sauvegarde si tu le souhaites.

Aide : Comment utiliser CCleaner.

Puis reposte un HijackThis.

Re,

Clique sur démarrer --> exécuter, tape CMD puis valide par ok.
(Si tu es sous Vista, clique seulement sur démarrer, tape CMD et valide par entrée)
Colle ligne par ligne en validant entre deux (par entrée) les lignes suivantes dans la fenêtre noire qui apparaît.

sc config "Boonty Games" start= disabled
sc stop "Boonty Games"
sc delete "Boonty Games"

Relance HijackThis (clique droit -> lancer en tant qu'adminstrateur sous Vista), do a system scan only, coche ces lignes (si toujours présentes) :

Opérations éffectuées sur la console..
Le disable et le delete ont réussi mais le stop il ma sorti une erreur du genre:" control service FAILED 1062 ,Ce service n'a pu etre démaré"

Suppressions faites également sur Hjackthis.

La je vois pas ^^ je crois en effet de moins en moins que ce soit un virus mais le truc c'est que je ne vois pas ce que ça peut être d'autre.
Le débit est bon... il s'agit d'un "truc" qui survient au moment de la connexion à l'hôte. Je ne my connais pas assez pour dire qu"el protocole entre en action a ce moment..

En tout cas merci de te creuser la tete pour moi.

Normal pour le message d'erreur, le service n'était en effet pas lancé, puisque tu l'avais désinstallé

C'est Internet qui rame trop .?

Oui c'est la navigation web, mais comme jai dis ce n'est qu'au moment de la premiere conexion au site... par exemple je tape l'url .. la j'attends en général 40 secondes et une fois sur le site la navigation est correcte..

Re , je poste un dernier message pour dire que j'ai résolu le probleme, apres des heures de recherche il s'agissait d'un bête probleme de DNS.
Ainsi au lieu de choisir un DNS dynamiquement , je l'ai rentré manuellement et ça fonctionne.

Je remercie encore XmichouX qui a donné de son temps.

Comment ? .Eh bien jai rentré dans le protocole(TCP/IP) de ma conexion une adresse IP du style 192.168.1.X un masque de sous réseau correspondant .. 255.255.255.0 , la passerelle par défault de la livebox soit 192.168.1.1 et enfin un DNS préféré 80.10.246.2 et auxiliaire 80.10.242.129

Voila en espérant que ça porra en aider certains
