Problème de "téléchargement" / bug de connexion?

Donc voila, tout d'abord bonjour^^

En gros, j'ai un problème bizarre et j'y comprend absolument rien. Pourtant je suis pas nul en informatique mais la je comprend absolument rien.

Je vais essayer d'expliquer du mieux que je peux ce que je comprend à ce problème.
Donc : Quand je branche mon ordi sur internet (j'ai une connexion avec fil) y a quelque chose (je sais pas comment appeler ça) qui télécharge énormément (facile 2 - 3 Giga / jour si je laisse mon ordi branché (d'après un rapport de mon fournisseur d'accès))
=> pourtant je ne télécharge pas (pas de programme P2P lancé ni de torrent ni rien et je surf même pas )

et parfois il se passe rien et je peux surfer tranquille sans problème.

donc voila j'ai essayé d'expliquer du mieux que je peux mon problème et j'aimerais savoir ce que vous en pensez.

Au début j'ai pensé à un spam (ordi qui servirait de relai ou un truc du style que j'ai lu qq part)
