salut à tous !
voila je vous explique mon problème ..
depuis mardi , mon pc n'arrive pas à démarrer certaines applications , nottament mon antivirus bitdefender , ou encore le lecteur windows média , windows live messenger , etc ..

le problème étant que je reçois un message du type " l'application n'a pas pu démarrer car ........ a été modifié , une réinstallation pourrait résoudre le problème "

dès que j'ai vu ce message , j'ai essayé de supprimer pour réinstaller ces applications , mais là surprise , j'ai encore un message d'erreur !

donc j'ai analysé mon ordinateur avec ad-aware 2007 et spybot s'nd , étant donné que mon antivirus ne peut plus se démarrer , et là , ces analyses n'ont rien trouvées d'anormal ..

donc j'ai pensé après à faire une restauration du systeme , mais la surprise (encore !) , "la restauration du systeme ne peut pas protéger mon ordinateur ....etc.. " encore un message d'erreur !

mais ensuite j'ai pensé à formater le disque dur , mais je crois qu'il faut le cd d'installation de windows pour le faire , et comme je ne l'ai pas ( l'ordi étant donné gratuitement par le conseil général du 13 ) , je ne sais pas trop comment faire ... je vais essayer avec le cd d'installation de l'ordi de mon père , mais je ne sais pas si ça marchera


alors voilà si quelqu'un sait d'où peut venir ce problème , ou si il sait comment je peux réinstaller mon ordi sans risque , qu'il vole à mon secours ^^

On peut faire une vérif.

Télécharge puis installe HijackThis (Trend Micro).
Poste ensuite un rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

ok je vais faire ce que tu me dis , je voulais juste rajouter que j'ai réussi à supprimer finalement tout les logiciels qui ne démarraient pas , mais mon antivirus bitdefender présente toujours la meme erreur , impossible de le lancer , réparer ou supprimer !

On va vérifier quelque chose.

Désactive tes protections résidentes (antivirus, Spybot-S&D, etc.) !

• Télécharge ComboFix (sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.
• Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\combofix.txt*) dans ta prochaine réponse.
