[résolu] SVP aidez moi probleme virus pop up

Bonjour à tous. Alors voilà j'ai deja regardé tout les autres sujets similaires au mien mais aucun n'est le meme !

Voilà, depuis quelques jours j'ai des pop up qui s'ouvre tout le temps quand je navigue sur internet (dont celui qui dit "voter PC est infecté, telechargez cet anti spyware). Je crois que cela est du à un telechargement douteux.

Bref.

Voici mon rapport hijackthis:

bonjour

Télécharge Navilog1.exe (IL-MAFIOSO)
Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau.
Lance l'installation en double cliquant sur navilog.exe.
Une fois l'installation terminée, l'utilitaire s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double clique sur le raccourci présent sur le Bureau)

Laisse-toi guider par l'utilitaire. Choisis l'option 1 puis valide.
! N'utilise pas l'option 2, 3 et 4 sans notre accord !
Patiente jusqu'à l'apparition de ce message :
"*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***"
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé. Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir. Poste-nous son contenu de cette manière :

-> Edition / Sélectionner tout
-> Edition / Copier
-> Clique-Droit / Coller dans ta réponse

Il y a un probleme.
Lorsque mon PC redémarre navilog ne s'affiche pas. Ni le bloc notes d'ailleurs :S

J'ai choisi d'effectuer l'option 4 de navilog. "nettoyage manuel"

Bref, j'ai donc tapé le nom "sgrkvs" et il a tout fait comme prévu.

Pour info avant cela, dans "ajout/suppression de programmes" il y en avait un qui s'appelait "facilit" et que j'hesitais fortement à supprimer ne savant pas ce que c'est. Et là il est indiqué comme certificat supprimé. Pensez vous que c'etait lui le virus ?
