bonjour,

J'ai lu quelques messages sur le malware urlseek, mais comme ces messages étaient consacrés spécifiquement aux ordinateurs des internautes demandeur d'aide, j'aurais voulu savoir si vous pourriez m'aider moi aussi s'il vous plait ?

Je voudrais ne plus être rediriger vers urlseek lorsque je navigue sur internet, et d'ailleurs si vous savez pourquoi cela est apparu, cela m'aiderait a ne pas reproduire une même erreur.

J'ai Hijackthis, spybot, adaware, ccleaner et avast sur mon ordinateur.

Tu peux patienter ?

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

  • Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
  • Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".
  • Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :

-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.
REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.

On va faire autrement alors.

Désactive tes protections résidentes (antivirus, Spybot-S&D, etc.) !

  • Télécharge ComboFix (sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
  • Double clique sur ComboFix.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.
  • Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\combofix.txt*) dans ta prochaine réponse.

Désactive tes protections résidentes (antivirus...) !
Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte se situant dans le cadre ci-dessous :

Ouvre le Bloc-notes (Démarrer>Exécuter...>notepad) puis colle (Ctrl+V) le texte précedemment copié.
Sauvegarde ce fichier sous le nom de CFScript.txt.

Glisse maintenant le fichier CFScript.txt dans ComboFix.exe comme ci-dessous :

Cela va relancer ComboFix, tape sur 1 puis valide. Après redémarrage, poste le contenu du rapport Combofix.txt accompagné d'un rapport HijackThis.
NOTE : S'il n'y a pas de rédémarrage, poste quand même les rapports demandés.

Je suis toujours redirigée sur urlseek, ça vient juste de me le faire. :(
Y-a-t-il autre chose que l'on puisse essayer ?
est-ce vraiment très grave sinon (mis a part le fait que c'est agaçant)

On continue alors.

Désinstalle correctement Avast! pour le remplacer par AntiVir.
Pourquoi changer ? Avast! vs AntiVir

Fais un scan complet puis poste le rapport en fin d'analyse.

Re,
Je viens de lire quelque part qu'il est possible de cocher une option pour ne pas être redirigé vers certaines URL en cas d'erreurs. Cependant, je n'arrive pas á trouver l'endroit oú cocher. Auriez-vous une suggestion s'il vous plait ? Merci.

On va tester qq chose :)

Imprime ces instructions si nécessaire car il va y avoir un redémarrage de l'ordinateur.

Télécharge le FixWareout (LonnyRJones) sur le Bureau.
**Si le lien ne fonctionne pas, clique ici**

Lance le fix (FixWareout.exe), clique sur Next puis Install.
Assure-toi que Run fixit soit bien activé puis clique sur Finish.
Le fix va commencer, suis les messages à l'écran. Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, fais le. Ton système mettra un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.

Au final, poste le contenu du rapport C:\fixwareout\report.txt avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

Peut être à cause du SP1 :/

  • Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky avec Internet Explorer :
  • Clique sur http://pictures.kaspersky.fr/bouton-scann1.jpg
  • Clique maintenant sur J'accepte.
  • Valide l'installation d'un ou de plusieurs ActiveX si c'est nécessaire.
  • Patiente pendant l'installation des Mises à jour.
  • Choisis par la suite l'analyse du Poste de travail
  • Sauvegarde puis colle le rapport généré en fin d'analyse.


AIDE : Tuto sur le scan en ligne

NOTE : Si tu reçois le message "La licence de Kaspersky On-line Scanner est périmée", va dans Ajout/Suppression de programmes puis désinstalle On-Line Scanner, reconnecte toi sur le site de Kaspersky pour retenter le scan en ligne.

Voila, c'est fait. Par contre, je n'ai pas trouvé le dossier Search settings.
Je vais naviguer un peu et voir si la redirection reapparait et je te tiens au courant.

Ca y'est ! je crois bien que mon problème est résolu, merci beaucoup !

Ca devait en effet etre "search setting". Je l'ai trouvé dans le panneau de configuration, ajouter/supprimer des programmes. Je l'ai desinstallé et ajourd'hui je n'ai eu aucun probleme.

  • Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton Bureau.
  • Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
  • Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
  • Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
  • Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\)


Désactive puis réactive la restauration du système : Voir aide

 

Ajoute maintenant [Résolu] au titre de ton sujet. Pour cela :
* Clique dans ton premier message sur le bouton "Editer" : http://img.infos-du-net.com/forum/themes_static/images_forum/3/edit.gif
* Rajoute la mention [Résolu] au titre
* Clique ensuite sur "Valider votre message"

 

Lis le dossier dossier sur la prévention et la protection pour ne plus avoir ce genre de problème en cliquant sur l'image ci-dessous :
