Virus sur mon PC

Bonjour,
Mon père un ordinateur HP sous Vista et des virus dedans. Il n'avait aucun anti virus et a installé recement Antivir et il a detecté plusieurs virus sans quel'on sache quoi faire. Il a restauré le système mais ils sont toujours là.
Quelqu'un pourrait -il m'aider à réparer tout ca ??
