bonjour

mon ordi est infecté par virusheat .je n est plus acces a internet explorer et il y a une icone comme windows dans ma barre du bas .
j utlise donc mon pc de boulot pour trouver une solution mon antivirus est avast et en supprimant les dossiers infectés ca n a rien donné. je ne veux pas formater mon pc et j y connais rien en informatique alors quelqu un peut il m aider svp?

en fait j arrive a acceder a internet avec mon pc mais il y a toujours le virus.

Redémarre en mode sans échec

Lance SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis cette fois l'Option 2 et réponds oui à la ou les questions.
Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau.

Redémarre normalement.

Poste le rapport généré par SmitfraudFix ainsi qu’un nouveau hijackthis.

ok je suis vraiment pas caler comment je lance sans echec ??? et c est quoi un hijackthis???

Laisse tomber le truc avec hijackthis pour le moment.

bon alors ja i fait le mode sans echec et j ai cherché ce qu est hijacthis donc j ai telechargé un logiciel et fait une analyse voici donc les 2 rapports .
par contre depuis que j ai fait les 2 analyses et une restauration systeme demandé par mon pc tout semble avoir disparu est ce vrai???

Re,

/!\ Ne fais surtout pas de restauration système, tu va relancer l'infection /!\

1) Vas dans le menu démarrer -> exécuter et tu tapes : services.msc

Cherche le service suivant : Boonty Games
Double clic dessus : dans le champ "Status du service" mets-le sur "arrêté".
Dans le champ "Type de démarrage" mets-le sur "désactivé" puis "Appliquer" puis "ok".
Quitte les services.
Passe par hijackthis :" Misc Tools Section"=> "Delete an NT service" et tu rentre le nom du service dans la case: Boonty Games et tu cliques sur "ok".

2) Désinstalle avast, redémarre et supprime ~~>C:\Program Files\Alwil Software

Télécharge ccleaner (>>tuto à lire !<<), tu download «the latest version » puis installe le en décochant - Ajouter la Barre d'Outils Yahoo! CCleaner
Puis lance le nettoyage, puis fais chercher des erreurs et sauvegardes si tu le souhaites.

Télécharge et installe Antivir. (tuto)
Pourquoi changer ? : Avast! vs Antivir
mais aussi:
14 antivirus au banc d'essai

Vérifie qu’il soit bien à jour ! Fais une analyse complète en mode sans échec, sauvegarde le rapport et poste le moi.

malheureuesement j avais deja fait une restauration systeme j ai tout de meme suivi toutes vos indications et voici le rapport (tout semble fonctionner pour le mieux mais est ce vraiment le cas????)

Cela m'a l'air bon

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

• Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".
• Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".
• Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :

-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.
REMARQUE : Si MalwareByte's Anti-Malware a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok.
