Télécharge MsnFix (de !aur3n7) sur ton Bureau. (>>Tuto<<)
Dézippe-le sur ton bureau.

Ouvre le dossier MSNFix puis double-clique sur MSNFix.bat. (L’extension bat peut ne pas apparaître)
- Exécute l'option R.
- Si l'infection est détectée, presse une touche pour lancer le nettoyage. (N)

Si tu dois redémarrer l’ordinateur fais le manuellement.

Poste le rapport situé dans le dossier MSNFix.
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

Note : Si tu obtiens un fichier zip d’upload sur ton bureau, fais ceci

Désinstalle avast, redémarre et supprime ~~>C:\Program Files\Alwil Software

Télécharge ccleaner (>>tuto à lire !<<), tu download «the latest version » puis installe le en décochant - Ajouter la Barre d'Outils Yahoo! CCleaner
Puis lance le nettoyage, puis fais chercher des erreurs et sauvegardes si tu le souhaites.

Télécharge et installe Antivir. (tuto)
Pourquoi changer ? Avast vs Antivir
Vérifie qu’il soit bien à jour ! Fais une analyse complète en mode sans échec, sauvegarde le rapport et poste le moi.

As-tu bien vérifié qu'antivir est à jour ?  

Télécharge MalwareByte's Anti-Malware sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double-cliquant sur le fichier Download_mbam-setup.exe.

Une fois l'installation et la mise à jour effectuées, redémarre en mode sans échec.
AIDE : Redémarrer en mode sans échec

Exécute maintenant MalwareByte's Anti-Malware. Si cela n'est pas déjà fait, sélectionne "Exécuter un examen complet".

Afin de lancer la recherche, clic sur"Rechercher".

Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clic sur OK. Deux possibilités s'offrent à toi :
-- si le programme n'a rien trouvé, appuie sur OK. Un rapport va apparaître, ferme-le.
-- si des infections sont présentes, clic sur "Afficher les résultats" puis sur "Supprimer la sélection". Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau afin de le poster dans ta prochaine réponse.

Relance HijackThis, clique sur "do a system scan only", coche ces lignes ( si présentes ) puis clique sur "Fix Checked" et referme HijackThis :



Redémarre le PC et poste un nouveau rapport hijackthis.

Aurais-tu activé, par toi-même, des vérouillages pour internet ?

Car selon ton rapport hijackthis, tu n'as plus accès aux options de IE. Elles sont vérouillées. Je pense que c'est dû au virus, mais il se peut aussi que tu aies toi-même mis en place des restrictions. Donc je demande avant d'éventuellement les enlever.

 

 
dans ce cas il vas falloir que tu me dise si c est dans le panneau de config,options internet ou autre qu il faut que j aille voir car moi je n ai rien touché ,tout est installé par default.
mais je verifierai a condition que tu me donne le chemin et quels parametres verifier

comme je te disais je suis pas un pro de l informatique

Dézippe-le. Ouvre le dossier, lance le en double cliquant sur l’exe.
Coche :
- Policies
- Réparation IE
- Sites de confiance et sensibles
- Préfixes et Protocoles Internet
Clique sur Restaurer. Ferme le programme.

Redémarre le PC et poste un nouveau rapport hijackthis.

oui je connais les 3
les 2 premiers sont des programmes qui gere le compte de mon fils:
LIVE MARK pour le controle de sites adultes ,violences ou autre
PC TIME WATCH pour la gestion du temps passée sur le pc afin d eviter les conflits
BILL PROCESS MANAGER est un programme qui gere les priorités des processus et l utilisation des 2 cores( je l utilise pour les jeux en ligne afin de ne pas etre deconnecter ou avoir un retour bureau)

Grâce à l'aide d'un autre helper du forum, Sham_Rock, nous avons déduit que cela provenait du logiciel suivant : http://www.mainsoft.fr/pctwoverview.htm
qui est installé sur ta machine. Donc ce n'est pas dû à l'infection  

C’est OK, tu n’es plus infecté(e)  

1) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

Ce programme va te faire désinstaller tous les outils que je t’ai faits utiliser.

Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir ...

Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.

Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.

Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.

Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

2) Télécharge et installe Ccleaner :

Avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires". Ensuite, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures". Clique sur l'onglet "Nettoyeur" puis sur "Lancer le Nettoyage".

Ensuite clique sur l'onglet Registre, clique sur "Chercher des erreurs" puis sur "Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées". Il est inutile de faire des sauvegardes des clés. Répète l'opération autant de fois qu'il le faut jusqu'à qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

Ajoute maintenant [Résolu] au titre. Pour cela :
* Clique, dans ton premier message, sur le bouton "Editer"
* Rajoute la mention [Résolu] au titre
* Clique ensuite sur "Valider votre message"

Ce serait sympa de rapporter ton infection sur > Malware-Complaints < pour faire condamner ses auteurs

Pour t'enregistrer clique sur le bouton register ( en haut )

Tu auras une liste par type d'infection
Si ton infection n'est pas dans la liste crée un message dans Autres infections

meme chose en cliquant sur les 2 lecteurs puis parametres
il doit y avoir une option auquelle je n ai pas accés et je ne vois pas d infos la dessus dans le tuto

Télécharge ZebRestore
Dézippe-le. Ouvre le dossier, lance le en double cliquant sur l’exe.
Coche :
- RegEdit
- Clés RUN
- Bouton Arrêter
- Windows Update
- Gestionnaire des tâches
- Panneau de configuration
- Ajout/Suppression de programmes
- Policies
- Bureau
- Réparation IE
- Extension des fichiers
- Sites de confiance et sensibles
- Préfixes et Protocoles Internet
Clique sur Restaurer. Ferme le programme.

 

restauration des elements avec zebRestore
mais la case est tjrs grisée donc impossible de desactiver puis reactiver la restauration systeme
