je dois faire un exposé au préterit sur Graham Bell , je l'ai déja trouvé en anglais au présent et traduit en français mais pour tout mettre au prétérit cest une autre histoire T-T pourriez vous m'aidez ?

Alexander Graham Bell (March 3rd, 1847 in Édimbourg in Scotland - August 2nd, 1922 in Baddeck in Canada) is a British inventor of Scottish origin naturalized Canadian in 1882 which is especially known for the invention of the telephone. He was laureate of the Medal Hughes in 1913
Bell dedicated his life to learn to speak to the deaf and to teach them, encouraged due to the fact that his mother and his wife were deaf. He was elocution teacher to the university of Boston and a specialist of elocution, they would say today phonologue or phoniatre.
Stepson of Gardiner Greene Hubbard (first president of National Geographic Society), he marries Mabel Gardiner Hubbard (1857-1923), deaf following a scarlatina, and first pupil of Graham Bell. The couple will have four children.
In 1876, in the exhibition of the centenary of the independence of the United States in Philadelphia, Bell meets Dom Pedro II, emperor of Brazil. This last is interested in Bell's telephone and asks for a demonstration. Bell recites him the famous monologue of Hamlet de Shakespeare «golden To be not to be». He melts Bell telephone company.
Alexander Graham Bell is initially attracted by music. He turns away from it however to the advantage of studies on the phonetics, according to the traces of his father and probably affected by the problems of deafness from which his mother suffered. After studies to the university Secondary school of London, he settles in Canada in 1870, then in the United States of America one year later. He melts a school in 1872 for the persons who is hearing-impaired and starts his jobs which will lead to the telephone. Persuaded to be able to transform acoustic waves into electrical impulses from 1874, its dream comes true in 1876. Invention is fast a resounding success which leads in 1877 to the creation of the telephone company Bell. Helping destiny, Bell turns then to other fields of experimentation, laying the foundations of the gramophone, interested in aviation, and in nautical transport. He also creates "National Geographic Society", president of which he is from 1897 till 1903.
