affichage de pub intempestives+spayware

Salut à tous, j'ai un souci avec de multiples apparitions de pub et aussi une fenetre qui apprait tout le tps qui me recommande de prendre un antispayware.

J'ai vu qu'un utilisateur avait le meme problème en lisant un des post, j'ai essayé de suivre la procédure (télechargement de Smitfraudfix çà a donné un résultat négatif comme l'autre utilisateur, j'ai alors essayé de télécharger Blacklight mais il est apparemment plus valide? )

je m'y connais pas du tout est ce qu'on pourrai m indiquer une autre marche à suivre?

l'ordi va a peu pres bien j'ai du redemarrer une fois car j ai eu ouverture mutiples de fenetre internet et aussi la disparition de certaines icone comme msn mais rien de grave

il y a un probleme avec les mises a jour de kaspersky :

désolé je suis surement un boulet mais j'ai enlevé toute trace de kaspersky, j'ai retenté le coup et le resultat est identique.

c'est tjs en train de scanner est ce normal au bout de 1h15 et en plus il est tjs à 0% est ce que c'est normal ?

Ayé j'ai tester la bête 2, 3 fois et finalement çà marche je t'envoi le rapport des que le scan est fini, à toute et encore merci.

bon écoutes çà a marché, le scan a été effectué mais quand j'ai appuyé sur le bouton desinfect une petite fenetre est apparu on me demande mon email et mot de passe ce que j'ai fait mais quand j'ai appuyé sur entrée unee page erreur est apparu (pas le tps donc de cliquer sur save pour enregister le rapport). j'ai relancé le scan et je vais voir ce qui se passe. Je pense que dans une samine on aura finit.

Voilà un nouveau problème, je ne parviens plus à changer l'arrière plan de mon bureau dans le menu apparence(écran noir). Les différents arrières plans sont bien proposés, mais en grisé, et ils sont donc inaccessibles.

Après avoir essayé de bidouiller de mon côté, je jette l'éponge.
Vu que je fais appel a toi il y au moins ouh là deux heures et que tu as tres bien aider je refais appel à toi .

Re ou trouve t'on le presse papier ce n'est pas indiquer dans le tutorial désol mais c'est nouveau PC avec windows vista et franchement je galère un peu a retrouver toutes les applications
(habitué de XP!)
