Télécharge Navilog (de Il-Mafioso)

Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau.
Installe-le en double cliquant sur navilog.exe.
Une fois l'installation terminée, l'utilitaire s'exécutera automatiquement.
(Si ce n'est pas le cas, double clique sur le raccourci présent sur le Bureau)

Une fois l'installation terminée, fais un clic droit sur le raccourci navilog1 puis choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". ( Pour Vista)

Laisse-toi guider par l'utilitaire. Choisis l'option 1 puis valide.
! N'utilise pas l'option 2,3 et 4 sans notre accord !
Patiente jusqu'à l'apparition de ce message :
"*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***"
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé. Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir. Poste le rapport ici.

J'ai un problème lors de l'installation de navilog :

C:\Program Files\Navilog1\Reboot.exe

Une erreur est survenue en essayant de renommer un fichier dans le dossier de destination :
MoveFile a échoué ; code 2
Le fichier spécifié est introuvable.

Que dois-je faire?

Ps : Je suis sous Vista, mon antivirus est McAfee, et j'ai aussi installé Spybot.

Re,

Ton infection est dûe au téléchargement et à l'installation de WebMediaPlayer.
Double clique sur le raccourci de navilog1.
Option 2 puis valide. (entrée)
Laisse toi guider.
Ton ordinateur va redémarrer, sinon fais le manuellement.

Ton bureau va disparaître.

Patiente jusqu'à l'apparition de ce message :
"*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***"

Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport.
Referme le Bloc-notes. Ton bureau va maintenant réapparaître.

Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tapes explorer et valides. Cela te fera apparaitre ton bureau

Démarrer -> panneau de configuration -> options internet
Clique sur l'onglet "Contenu" puis onglet "Certificats" et si tu trouves ceci, en particulier dans "éditeurs approuvés" :

Montorgueil ; VIP ; "Sunny Day Design Ltd"

~~> Supprime-les si présents ! (pas les autres)<~~

Poste le rapport sauvegardé auparavant (C:\cleannavi.txt)
Ainsi qu'un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.

Tu tiens à MacAfee ?

Télécharge sur ton bureau : Clean (de Malekal) >Tuto<
Dézippe le sur ton bureau. Double-clic sur ce dossier clean.
Double-clic sur clean.cmd. (L’extension cmd peut ne pas apparaître) Cela va ouvrir une fenêtre noire.
Un menu va apparaître, choisis l'option 1 puis entrée. Ensuite appuies sur une touche comme il te sera demandé.
Poste le rapport se trouve ici : C:\rapport_clean.txt

Si tu obtiens un fichier C:\upload_moi.zip, merci de faire ceci.

Jen e sais pas... Je l'ai eu gratuitement par mon beauf qui me l'a conseillé...

Excuse moi de t'embêter, mais clean ne veut pas marcher... Lorsque je double clique sur clean.cdm, la fenêtre noire s'ouvre, mais il me demande d'appuyer sur une touche deux fois, et après... plus rien...

Tu dois avoir une grosse consommation de ta mémoire vive, vu le nombre de processus lancés au démarrage (les lignes 04 dans HJT).
On va en enlever pour optimiser ton démarrage et ce qu'il en suit.
Mais avant dis-moi;

souhaites tu garder la protection résidente de Windows Defender activée au démarrage et donc pendant toute l'utilisation de l'ordinateur ou veux-tu simplement l'utiliser pour faire des scans quand bon te semble?
Veux-tu garder Skype qui se lance au démarrage ?

Je te propose de changer Mc Afee pour un autre av plus performant et plus léger et gratuit, qu'en penses-tu ?

Concernant windows defender, je vais faire ce que tu me dis, puisque j'ai beaucoup de mal à comprendre les utilités de chacun de ces trucs.
Pour skype, je veux le garder, mais pas forcément au démarrage.
Et pour McAfee, si tu me propose un anti virus plus performant, et tout aussi facile à utiliser, alors en route...

Pas de problèmes.
Tes logiciels ne sont en aucun cas supprimé.
Seul leur démarrage avec Windows sera inhibé.
Tu pourras donc les lancer par leurs icônes ou leurs exécutables quand bon te semblera !

On va s'occuper de Mc Afee.

Désinstalle-le via ajout/suppr de programmes.
Supprime les dossiers correspondants via ton explorateur, par une recherche par exemple.

Puis :

Télécharge ccleaner (>>tuto à lire !<<), tu download «the latest version » puis installe le en décochant - Ajouter la Barre d'Outils Yahoo! CCleaner
Puis lance le nettoyage, puis fais chercher des erreurs et sauvegardes si tu le souhaites.

Télécharge et installe Antivir. (tuto)
Pourquoi changer ? Avast vs Antivir
Vérifie qu’il soit bien à jour ! Ouvre Antivir; va dans l'onglet Scanner, active la recherche de rootkits via le + de rootkit search, puis dans manual selection, coche tout (tes partitions de disque dur), lance le scan. Poste moi le rapport généré (qui se trouve dans l'onglet reports).

Avec ccleaner?

Désinstaller avec Ccleaner ?
Via ajout/suppr de programmes  

Ensuite tu supprimes ces dossiers :
- C:\Program Files\Windows Live Toolbar
- C:\Program Files\Yahoo!

Ensuite tu passes un coup de Ccleaner pour le registre.

Installe le sur ton Bureau
Clique sur [Recherche] pour lancer le scan
Clique sur [Supprimer] pour nettoyer les outils utilisés
Clique sur [Quitter],
Poste ce rapport ~>C:\TCleaner.txt<~

Garde ccleaner, avg et antivir si nous les avons installé..
Désactive-réactive la restauration système
Rapporte ton infection sur Malware Complaints >Tuto<
Ton(tes) infection(s) : Egdaccess/Magic.control/Navipromo
Si tu ne la trouves pas dans la liste, poste dans Autres infections,

Puis regarde ces dossiers :

Sécurité/Prévention
Conséquences de la multi-protection
Toolbars : Inutilité et ralentissements

j'ai bien fait ce que tu m'as dit, mais au moment de quitter Toolscleaner2, il y a un message d'erreur : Impossible de créer le fichier
"C:\TCleaner.Txt. Accès refusé"

J'ai supprimé hijackthis et navilog. J'ai garder antivir et Ccleaner.
Par contre, je n'ai pas réussi à désactiver et réactiver la restauration système.
Sinon, ça roule nickel !!!!
