Bonjour,

J'ai vu qu'il a d'autres personnes qui ont eu le même problème que moi.
A savoir, un message d'erreur avec windows qui ne trouve pas le fichier eksplorasi.exe.

Je viens ici pour vous demander votre aide car depuis des semaines j'ai cette phrase et ça ralentit mon pc .

Je préviens que je suis novice en informatique.

Ce message a apparu après le nettoyage fait par mon antivirus BIT DEFENDER et pour infos j'ai XP comme système d'exploitation.

télécharge SmitfraudFix de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31 : http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe

* Installe-le à la racine de C
* Double-clique sur l' exe pour le décompresser et lancer le fix.
Utilisation---option 1---Recherche :
* Double clique sur smitfraudfix.cmd
* Sélectionne 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l' infection.
* Poste le rapport ici.

process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus...) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d' un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...), d' où l' alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Salut,

Si je comprends dans ma rapport Hijack, tu n'as trouvé qu'un seul truc qui cloche. C'est le "process.exe"

Qu'est ce que tu entends par "Installe-le à la racine de C".

Est ce que je dois faire un copier/coller sur C? Puis je lance l'application.

Pour le moment, j'ai lancé ton lien depuis ici. Et j'ai un fichier sur mon bureau smitfraudfix qui est apparu. Je n'ai rien fait d'autres, j'ai quitter l'application.

Que dois je faire maintenant?

Bonsoir KETH,

double-clique sur smitfraudfix.cmd

* Sélectionne 2 pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l' infection.
A la question Voulez-vous nettoyer le registre ?, répondre O (Oui) afin de débloquer le fond d' écran et de supprimer les clés de démarrage automatique de l' infection.
Le fix déterminera si le fichier wininet.dll est infecté.
A la question Corriger le fichier infecté ?, répondre O (Oui) pour remplacer le fichier corrompu.
* Redémarre en mode normal et poste le rapport ici.

N.B. : Cette étape élimine les fichiers infectieux détectés à l' option 1. Attention que la 2 supprime le fond d' écran!
