probleme Win32@mx et pub antivirus

bonsoir, depuis quelque jour en bas de mon écrans a droite s'affiche une icone jaune comme un panneau attention me marquant:
Trojan-Psy.Win32@mx avec un message bidon (ca ne vient pa de mon antivirus)

et il y a aussi des pub pour antivirus qui me font ch*** qui s'affichent toute les 2 minutes et sa ma saoul

et des message d'erreur ou d'infection bidon et quand je clique dessus pour fermer ca me dirige vers de pub antivirus ou d'autre message, j'ai fait des scan avec:
ad-aware
ccleaner
spybot search and destroy
hijackthis
smitfraud

mais ca ne fait rien alors j'espère que l'un d'entre vous aura la solution.
