salut a tous, voila j'ai attrapé un joli virus sur mon pc depuis que mon frere qui se prend pour un geek a trafiqué n'importe quoi, je ne peut plus ouvrir d'antivirus(avast)ou encore spybot car le virus me bloque l'acces"xxxx.exe n'est pas une application win32 valide".

je suis dans la fiante sachant que je suis une buse en informatique, je ne sait pas ce que je peut faire afin d'eliminer ce virus, et de plus j'ai un autre soucis:je n'ai pas de cd de retauration du systeme vista.

le vendeur m'avait dit qu'au premier demarrage on me proposerait d'en creer un mais je n'en ai jamais vu la couleur:(

je precise aussi que je ne peut faire aucune analyse online car les MAJ sont toutes impossibles, certainement bloquées par le fameux virus.

j'ai deja cherché des solutions sur le net mais pour moi c'est du chinois, si quelqu'un peut m'aider en toute simplicité ça serait cool.

Bonjour,

Peut être du Bagle.

Désactive tes protections résidentes (antivirus, Spybot...) !

  • Télécharge Combofix (sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
  • Double clique sur combofix.exe afin de le lancer.
  • Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
  • Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

ouep j'ai un prbleme, quand j'essaye de double cliquer sur combo fix devines ce qui se passe?


xxxx.exe n'est pas une application win32 valide:(

comment je fais pour desactiver les protections residentes, dsl je suis tres mauvais:(

Re,

Télécharge ELIBAGLA en bas de cette page.
Clique sur le bouton Descargar Elibagla, cela va télécharger le fichier, place-le sur ton Bureau.
Double-clique dessus pour l'ouvrir.
Assure-toi que dans le menu déroulant Unidad, vous ayez bien C:\
Vérifie aussi aussi que l'option en bas de la fenêtre Eliminar Ficheros Automaticamente soit bien cochée.
Clique sur le bouton Explorar pour lancer l'analyse.
Poste le rapport généré en fin fin d'analyse.

j'avais deja dl elibagla et fait un test, mais j'avais eu des messages d'erreur qui ne semblent pas reaparaitre...

j'ai aucun rapport qui s'affiche si ce n'est que j'avais 6 fichiers infectés et les 6 ont eté éliminés, j'espere que c'etait ça le rapport en fait:(

j'ai plus de rapport qui s'affiche, combofix redemarre mo pc mais n'affiche meme plus le rapport:(

sinon pour formater j'ai besoin du cd de restauration vista ou je peux faire sans?

Formate pas on va le faire.
Fais un scan en ligne Kaspersky puis poste le rapport.

en fait je peut pas faire de scan online j'ai toujours un probleme au niveau des mises a jour, mais je viens de dl une version d'evaluation de kaspersky qui a ma grande surprise marche correctement.

je suis a 40% de l'analyse du disque dur et deja 20 virus detectés:cool:

je te tiens au courant...

sinon tu sait pas ou je pourrait recuperer une clé d'activation kaspersky stp?

t'inquietes c'est bon j'ai reussi a faire une analyse grace a kaspersky, et en effet il m'a trouvé 28 virus dont differents nommés bagle.xxx

j'ai supprimé ces virus et installé spybot, qui remarche, j'ai aussi une clé d'activation kaspersky, tout est rentré dans l'ordre chef.

en tout cas merci de m'avoir aidé:)

j'avais aussi un pb avec I-explorer, je l'ai remplacé par mozilla et tout marche nickel, a+ et merci encore...
