s il vous plait j ai besoin d aide pour resoudre un probleme de connexion. quand j essaye de se connecter a mn modem un message d erreur me parait et quand je click sur (more informatin) il me repond par (cannot find the netcfg.hlp file).
voici le premier message: ( error 691:Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain)
et quand je click sur (More Info) un notre message se lance le voici (Cannot find the netcfg.hlp file.Do you want to try to find this file yourself?)
