First, Obama obtained 365 ECV and Mc Cain 162 ECV.
Secondly, twenty-nine States of America (New-York,Florida,Califonnia....) voted for Obama and twenty-two States of America (Texas,Alaska,Anizona...)
I am explain you my ideas with exemples.
The sex:
49%of mens voted to Obama whereas 56% of womens voted to him.
48% of mens and 43% of womens voted to Mc Cain.
Here,the sex isn't very important because there isn't a big difference .
The nace and ethnicity:Thy was important for the who condidats especially Obama because95% of blacks votes for him.
Only 55% of whites voted for Mc Cain whereas 43% for Obama.

- to vote FOR somebody
- singuler : a woman --> pluriel : women pas de s, women est déjà un pluriel
- the race je suppose et pas the "nace"
- the two candidates
- Blacks and Whites je crois qu'il faut une majuscule. Si tu ne trouves pas tu peux remplacer par "black people"
