Bonjour,
J'ai l'impression que mon ordi est infecté par un virus dans le fichier svchost.exe et je n'arrive pas à m'en sortir. Mon ordi rame terriblement et plante de plus en plus souvent, avec des écrans bleus. Quand je fais un scan avec AVG Free Edition, ça fait planter l'ordi au bout d'un temps plus ou moins long et j'obtiens un écran bleu. La dernière fois, il y avait marqué : Kernel_stack_inpage_error.
 
Je ne m'en sors pas, pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Tu le mets sur le Bureau.
Tu ouvres SmitfraudFix, tu double cliques sur SmitfraudFix.cmd et tu choisis l’option 1  
Poste le rapport.

Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (clic droit / extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier clean.  
 
CCleaner.

Installe le.
Décoche pendant l'installation  
--- les deux cases "Ajouter l'option ... "
--- Contrôler les mises à jour
--- Ajouter la Barre d'Outils Yahoo! CCleaner
 
 
 * Redémarre en mode sans échec. Attention, tu n'as pas accès à internet dans ce mode, note bien ce que tu as à faire.
Démarre l'ordinateur.
Une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir. Appuye sur la touche F8 ou F5 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.  
En utilisant les touches du curseur, sélectionne le mode sans échec approprié et appuye sur Entrée.
 
 
 * Lance CCleaner.
Clique sur Options, Avancé et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".  
Coche ces cases dans Windows (Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer et Système) et dans Applications  (toutes les cases).
Lance le nettoyage.
 
 
 * Relance SmitfraudFix. Choisis cette fois l’option 2 et réponds oui à tout.
 
 
 * Ouvre le dossier Clean qui se trouve sur ton bureau, et double-clic sur clean.cmd.
Choisis l'option 2  
Enregistre le rapport une fois le scan terminé
 
 
 * Redémarre normalement et communique le deuxième rapport de SmitfraudFix, le rapport qui se trouve ici C:\rapport_clean.txt et un nouveau rapport Hijackthis.

Voilà les rapports.
Pour info, un message d'erreur sur svchost.exe apparait toujours au démarrage.

PS : Petite précision : j'ai dû faire 2 fois le clean.cmd car la première fois j'avais oublié l'étape Smitfraudfix. Le rapport est dc le deuxième. Désolée.

Fais une analyse antivirus en ligne sur Kaspersky

Clique sur Démarrer Online Scanner.
Sélectionne le poste de travail comme analyse.
Colle son rapport ici.

Bonjour,
Malheureusement, pas moyen de faire l'analyse sur Kaspersky. L'analyse commence bien mais au bout d'un temps très long, l'ordi plante et j'ai droit à un écran bleu qui m'informe de désinstaller tous mes antivirus etc (pas de Kernel_stack_inpage_error par contre). J'ai essayé plusieurs fois, en gardant ou en désinstallant mon antivirus AVG : même résultat : écran bleu.
Help !!!!! Merci !

Je ne sais pas encore, je vais redémarrer encore pour voir si j'ai tjs les messages d'erreur et je te dis.
 
Sinon, aurais-tu des conseils à me donner pour une protection anti-virus efficace ? J'ai AVG Free Edition comme anti-virus (depuis pas longtemps) et comme fire-wall, Bit Defender est tombé en rade donc je n'ai plus que le firewall fourni par Microsoft. Qu'en penses-tu ?

Impossible de charger ou d'exécuter C:\\WINDOWS\svchost.exe spécifié dans le Registre ...
C'est un peu tôt pour voir autre chose.
