Alertes securite qui me donnent la rougeole!!! A l'aide! Merci

Je suis de retour sur le forum, mais cette fois-ci avec l'ordinateur de ma soeur! le meme problem que moi, lenteur la plus totale, bug, plantage, et ces fameuses alertes secu et ces fenetre qui s'ouvrent en permanence... la miser en resumé!
est ce que je peux encore abuser de votre gentillesse pour qe vous m'aidiez
