salut ,
voila j'ai ete infecter par spyware secure une premiere fois il y a plusieurs semaine et j'ai obter pour la solution de leur envoyer mon email pour qu'ils desinstalle leur truk.tout aller bien mais voila je suis de nouveau infecter et cette fois ci je n'ai pas comencer par l'email mais j'ai telecharger spybot et depuis je n'ai plus les pub incessante de spyware securemais des page qui s'ouvre toute seul avec ecrit ''internet explorer ne peu pas afficher cette page web''apar ca je ne peu plus aller sur certains lien comme celui ou je leur avais envoyer mon adresse email.
j'aimerais que tout revienne a la normal dans mon ordinateur,je compte sur vous merci d'avance!!!!!!!!!

j'ai un message d'erreur qui s'affiche et qui dit;
for some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file.if any hijacked domains are in this file,HijackThis may NOT be able to fix this.
if the happens,you need to edit the file yourself.to do this,click start,run and type:
notepad C:\windows\systeme32\drivers\etc\hosts
and press enter.find the line HijackThis reports and delete them.save the file as 'hosts' and reboot
for vista:simply,exit HijackThis,right click on the hijackthis icon, choose 'run as administrator.

Plusieurs infections.
Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
- Vas dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 (par Il Mafioso) depuis-ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuies sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
Referme le blocnote
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.

On continue.
Veille à ce que le le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit désactivé.
Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
Au menu principal, Fais le choix 2
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécéssaire.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)
PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tapes explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau
Poste son rapport avec un nouveau Hijackthis.

Re
Télécharge OTMoveIt (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.
http://download.bleepingcomputer.c [...] MoveIt.exe
Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour le lancer.
Copie la liste qui se trouve ci-dessous, et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt 
aste List of Files/Folders to be moved.
C:\Users\eden\AppData\Roaming\WinButler
C:\Users\eden\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\rayio.exe
Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
Le résultat apparaitra dans le cadre Results.
Clique sur Exit pour fermer.
Il te sera peut-être demander de redémarrer le PC pour achever la suppression. Si c'est le cas accepte par Yes.
Poste le rapport situé dans C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles avec un nouveau Hijackthis.

Ferme toutes les fenêtres Windows, Internet explorer, Outlook,sauf le logiciel Hijackthis et clique sur « Fix checked »
Fais une analyse antivirus en ligne sur Kaspersky
http://webscanner.kaspersky.fr/
Clique sur Démarrer Online Scanner.
Sélectionne le poste de travail comme analyse.
Colle son rapport ici.

j'ai fait pour l'instant le hijackthis et il ma demander un truc en anglais,donc j'ai rien compris j'ai alors mis oui et il ma creer un dossier sur le bureau du nom de"backups"est ce que c'est normal????merci encore de ton aide.je fait tt de suite une analise antivirus

Le backup est normal, supprime le.
Pour Kaspersky.
Avec Vista, il faut désactiver le "mode protégé" d'IE par outils>options internet>securité.
Décocher la case > redémarrer le navigateur

Rien de méchant.
Lance OTmoveIT.
- Clique sur CleanUp! (le programme va télécharger un fichier texte qui servira a nettoyer les programmes que l'on a téléchargé).
NOTE : Normalement, ton firewall (parefeu) devrait te demander si OTmoveIT peut accéder a internet, Autorise le.
- Une liste apparait dans la partie gauche d'OTmoveIT.
- Un message apparait pour confirmer le nettoyage. Confirme

non ca a l'aire d'aller!!mais j'ai plusieurs question encore
d'abord comment etre sur de ne plus etre contaminer par ces pouriture!!!alors que ils ont reussi a rentre dans mon systeme 2fois malgrer windows defender,avast,et j'ai meme un antivirus par ma compani internet!!!on ma dit que c'etait le top!!!
apar ca est ce que je peux desinstaller navilog et HiJackThis???
je vais quand meme telecharger spybot pour etre mieux proteger!
je peux te remetre une analise HiJackThis juste pour que tu verifie encore une fois???

Désinstalle et supprime les différentes outils.
Tu veux savoir comment tu as été infecté ?
