virus énervant : jkkkh.dll

Bonjour,
je suis désespéré avec un certain fichier appelé jkkkh.dll que je n'arrive pas à supprimer. En cherchant sur le net j'ai constaté qu'il s'agissait d'un méchant virus.  
J'ai essayé avec plusieurs antimalware, antispyware, antivirus, etc. En vain.
Alors je me tourne vers vous, peut-être saurez-vous m'aider.
