"THE ABORIGINES :

On this picture we can see an aborigine detaining a spear. We could think that he is hunting. He is in foreground and he look like the old aborigines who was alive long time ago, with painting which made by recuperate the belly and with a loincloth for only clothes. It is held on the single leg as though he was going to spring up. In the middle there is a typical landscape of the wild Australia.
We can say that this picture is very representative of the ancestral aborigines culture.
His spear represents hunt and therefore way of life. His painting represents their beliefs and their art.

As regards their way of life the aborigines were hunters-pickers. They eat what Earth give them and they move according to available means. They not practised the agriculture or the animal husbandry.

Hunt was a man's business they used spears and boomerang while the women were in charge of picking.

But this culture was possible only on their earth of origin and as long as nobody upsets them. And when James Cook disembarked with his settlers he evicted the aborigines of their lands and their imposes his way of life. This picture is the image of indigenous calmness before English the unsettling come. They find therefore the process of the Wolves torturing the Rabbits. "

Le texte me semble correcte mais bon mieux vaut prévenir que guérir ;)
