Résolu : BESOIN D'AIDE svp !!! virus trojan & kesenjangansociale.exe

bonjour, a chaque fois que je demarre mon ordi il m'affiche une fenetre me disant que windows ne trouve pas kesenjangansocial.exe .... hors il se trouve que mon pc soit infectés par 3 trojans..... s'il vous plait aidez... moi ..

j'ai fait la manipulation et ça a fonctionner, je n'ai plus le message Hacked by GodZilla qui apparaissait systematiquement sur internet au demarrage sur la barre ....
par contre j'ai toujours mon messages sur kesenjangansociale.exe comment faire et surtout pour virer les virus que j'ai sur mon pc. je sais que celui qui reviens souvent c'est brontok... comment faire puisque avast ne me les a pas supprimer.... j'apprécierau de nouveau votre aide..... merci !!!!!

faut il que je t'envoie tous ce qui apparait sur le cadre hijackthis car il y a des fichiers que je vois ce dessus dans ton cadre de reponse qui n'apparaissent pas mais d'autres en revanches y sont ....

merci de me dire si je dois te l'envoyer ou faire comme le mentionne l'aide en image, supprimer tous ce qui est afficher ou seulement ceux que tu me cites.. merci

• Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton Bureau.
• Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
• Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
• Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
• Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\)

Désactive puis réactive la restauration du système : Voir aide

Ajoute maintenant [Résolu] au titre. Pour cela :
* Clique, dans ton premier message, sur le bouton "Editer"
* Rajoute la mention [Résolu] au titre
* Clique ensuite sur "Valider votre message"

Lis le dossier dossier sur la prévention et la protection pour ne plus avoir ce genre de problème en cliquant sur l'image ci-dessous :
