Propleme admin sur amx et condition zero

Bonjour, j'ai recement louer un serveur verygames pour la premiere fois
mais j'ai un petit probleme, je n'arrive pas a me mettre admin pour les commande amx
pourtant avec hlsw j'arrive a changer de map a kicker mais c'est pas tres interessant.
donc pour etre admin je dois modifier le fichier user.ini se que j'ai fais mais j'ai du mal le faire voici ce qu'il y a :
