analyse d'hijackthis: Le Problème ne concerne plus cette section

Bonjour,
Je suis de niveau très débutante en informatique et ceci est ma dernière tentative avant de tout réinstaller sur mon ordinateur. Je ne saurais pas décrire exactement tous les problèmes qu'il y a sur mon ordinateur mais le principal survient quand je me connecte à internet. Je ne peux le faire qu'une fois et quand je veux aller sur un lien il y a des dizaines de pages internet explorer qui s'ouvrent une après l'autre à l'infini.

J'ai fait un scan avec avast et il me dit qu'il s'agit de
win32:adware-gen

J'ai utilisé hijackthis dont voici le résultat (et oui, je sais que mon ordinateur était très mal protégé jusqu'ici, je vais remédier à la situation et enfermer mon ordinateur dans une chambre forte dès que ce problème sera réglé!)

Bonjour,

Quel est l'emplacement de l'infection ?

Télécharge Clean.zip (de Malekal),
Décompresse-le sur ton bureau (Clique-Droit/Extraire tout), tu dois obtenir un dossier Clean.
Ouvre le dossier clean, double-clique sur clean.cmd.
Choisis l'option 1 puis patiente. Poste ensuite le contenu du rapport.

J'ai fait ce que vous m'avez dit et posté le contenu du rapport mais je reçois comme réponse que c'est invalide. (dossier invalide ou info invalide ou qqch comme ça).

Je me souviens que j'ai mis mon virus en quarantaine avec Avast (malgré cela le problème persiste). Serait-ce la raison pour laquelle nous ne trouvons pas l'emplacement de l'infection?

Devrais-je l'enlever de la quarantaine et tout recommencer le processus?

Je suis un peu perdue...

Le problème est toujours le même: la navigation sur internet. Je ne peux absolument pas entrer une adresse manuellement, quand je fais il ouvre des pages intitulées Microsoft internet explorer vide et bloque tout.

Je ne peux pas non plus aller sur un lien car cela ouvre aussi une page intitulée Microsoft internet explorer vide et si je ne réussi pas à la fermer, il y en a plein qui s'ouvrent toutes seules...

Pour les fermer c'est très compliqué (quand tout n'est pas bloqué) mais si j'y arrive il ouvre une fenêtre m'avertissant de la fin du programme et quand je clique sur fin du programme, une autre fenêtre s'ouvre intitulée iexplore.exe qui me demande si je veux envoyer un rapport pour fin d'analyse. Je ne le fais plus car il m'avait semblé que mes problèmes augmentaient quand je le faisais.

Finalement, quand ce "cycle infernal" est commencé, si je ne redémarre pas mon ordinateur, c'est de plus en plus difficile d'accéder à internet.
