installe celui ci
http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOUND-CARD/OTHER-SOUND...
et apres reeinstalle le realtek..

si rien n'y fait ..il faut allez voir dans le bios si "le chipset audio" est bien sur auto ou "enabled" ...et non "disabled"
