virus nokia 19 resolu

Bonjour,
j'ai "aussi" été infectée par nokia 19 et ai eu des soucis aves des virus type "win32" détectés par Avast!
Suite à de gros soucis de connection internet, j'ai décidé de réinstaller le système.
D'origine j'avais Norton 2006 qui a scané Nokia mais n'a "rien fait".
alors cela m'a mis la puce à l'oreille et je suis arrivée sur votre forum.
J'ai désinstallé Norton et installé antivir.

Maintenant mes questions:

1) Mon ordinateur est-il à présent tout à fait Clean??

Bien entendu j'ai Windows live messenger.

2) Dois-je garder antivir ou le remplacer par AVG???
