Bonjour,

Désinstalle ta version de Navilog.

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC). Tu réactiveras ce contrôle en fin de procédure.
AIDE : Désactiver l'UAC dans Vista

Télécharge Navilog1.exe (IL-MAFIOSO)
Enregistre-le sur ton Bureau.
Lance l'installation en double cliquant sur navilog.exe.
Une fois l'installation terminée, fais un clic droit sur le raccourci navilog1 puis choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" :



Laisse-toi guider par l'utilitaire. Choisis l'option 1 puis valide.

Patiente jusqu'à l'apparition de ce message (en italique) :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
Le Bloc-notes va s'ouvrir. Poste-nous son contenu de cette manière :

Edition / Sélectionner tout

Edition / Copier

Clique-Droit / Coller dans ta réponse

Aussi, j'ai acheté spyware doctor et a chaque analyse il n'arrive pas a enlever Dialer.Instant Access. C'est une preuve que mon pc est infecté?

j'ai essayé avec Regcleaner il ma fai un scan du registre et des clé ki devaient etre supprimées.J'azi enlevé ttes les cle qui commencaient par HKEY USERS mai spyware secure est tjs la

L'orthographe...

Démarrer / Exécuter / Regedit, tu accéderas au registre.

J'ai effacé ladresse du registre mais au redemarrage de l'ordinateur spyware secure et les pub sont reapparues et spyware doctor a encore détecté la meme infection InstantAccess.Dois je nettoyer le registre une fois l'adresse éliminée avec un nettoyeur de registre comme Tune up?Ou me conseille tu un meilleur logiciel.

Désinstalle correctement Avast! pour le remplacer par AntiVir.
Pourquoi changer ? Avast! vs AntiVir

Fais un scan complet puis poste le rapport en fin d'analyse.

Aujourd'hui un message MSN me dit de telecharger la derniere version d'internet explorer.DOis je le faire?ou est ce encore une escroquerie??

De ton histoire avec MSN.

Mezimages ne veut pas me donner l'adresse pour mettre mon image en ligne.Il me dit que trop de personnes sont connectées.Si je restaure le systeme a une date anterieure a l'installation de spyware secure, tout redeviendra t'il comme avant??

Je vais essayer quand meme une derniere fois navilog en desactivant l'antivirus, on m'a dit que ca pouvait marcher et si ca ne marche pas je ferai une restauration du systeme.et au fait que dis le scan hijackthis stp??

On testera un truc après Navilog.

Bonsoir,

Ouvre le bloc-note et copie/colle le contenu du cadre ci-dessous :



- Une fois le contenu collé dans le bloc-note
- Enregistre le fichier (Menu fichier puis enregistrer-sous) sous le nom go.cmd sur ton bureau

Redémarre en mode sans échec

- Double-clic sur go, une fenetre va s'ouvrir... Cela va durer plusieurs minutes, ne touche à rien.
- Le Bloc-note va s'ouvrir, enregistre le rapport.

Redémarre l'ordinateur

Poste le rapport ici.

Comment faire pour demarrer le pc en mode ss echec stp??J'ai apputé sur F8 au demarrage mais je crois pas que ca aie marché.Voila le rapport quand meme:
