VIRUS, que faire?

Bonjour a tous, jai fais un scan avec Antivir de mon ordinateur et j'ai trouvé un virus et il y avait aussi un "warning". Comment faire pour résoudre tout ça? J'aurez besoin d'un petit peu d'aide
