redemarage de windows

Bonjour,
après avoir installé zone alarme l’ordinateur affiche un message d'erreur "envoyer le rapport,ne pas envoyer"et redemare lorsque je connecte le câble eternet
j'ai désinstallé zone alarme,vidé les dossier temporaire avec l utilitaire Windows,aucun résultat
je viens également de me rendre compte que le pc redemare aussi lors de la connexion direct au réseaux local

moi aussi il m'es arriver sa fait une esataration du system et met le a la date ou tu avait pas zone alarm

sauvegarde tes fichiers importants, et fait un bon formatage / réinstalle, ça peut faire que du bien ! Sans pitié pour les sytèmes instables !
