Pas de connection a internet virus ou pas virus ?

Bonjour,

Alors voila mon souci, je ne peux pas me connecter à internet mais quand je passe par le mode sans echec, j'y arrive.

De surcroit je peux me connecter a msn sans souci mais je n'ai pas accès à ma boite de réception....

Est ce un virus ? ou est ce un problème de parefeu ? ou autre chose...
