Probleme demarage call of duty 5

Bonjour, je viens de recevoir cod5 pour mon annif, et depuis ce matin je tente d'y jouer.
A chaque fois que je clique sur l'icone , un encadre s'ouvre et me propose de lancer le jeu en mode sans echec.

J ai essaye le oui, le non et le resultat est le meme.

La fenetre avec call of duty s ouvre, puis une page noire, puis je reviens sur le bureau.

Si je tente de lancer le multijeux je recois ce message : "error during initialization : unhandled exception caught".

Je cherche depuis ce matin sur differents forum mais personne ne semble connaitre reellement la cause de cette erreur.
