Salut,
Pouvez vous m'aider pour ce devoir d'anglais SVP. Je sais pas du tout si c'est juste j'attend votre aide merci beaucoup (car moi et l'anglais ça ne fait pas vraiment bon ménage)
Merci.
1) Identify the document (what is it?)
The document under study is the page one of "The Economist" which is a magazine. It was published in December between 8th-14th 2007. Besides we deduct that from it is a weekly.
2) Describe the document (what/who can you see?)
In the middle of this page, I can see a slice of bread either a rusk ate on the edge with the crumbs.
On the rusk there is the banner headline: "The End of Cheap Food"
And then at the top to the right, another article denoncing
![:( :(]()
le texte j'ai pas vraiment compris
![:??: :??:]()
)
3) Analyse the document (What does it mean? Interpred the document).
The document denounces mainly by the rusk and the title, a topical issue concerning everybody. Indeed, the prices of raw materials such as the wheat are in increase. The Wheat prices doubled. Consequently, the prices of food and cattle see their increased price, of for: "The End of cheap food"
4) Comment on the document (what is the author's aim? Give your opinion on the topic with the document deals with?)
The author's aim is to show the negative effects of the increase in prices on the market. So if the prices continue to increase, the society is going to return behind: the auto consumption and the weak purchasing power thus consume less (to represent here by the eroding).
For me, it is the subject which concerns all. So if the prices of the wheat and the other one continue of doubled on a long duration as well as the inflation general, the population will meet itself in a critical situation. Of this fact the country will meet itself overdrawn thus the state will have a big role to be played to stabilize the prices.
C’est juste?
Et si c pas trop demander de mettre en évidence les fautes. SVP. MERCI
