[Vista]1er lancement des applications extremement lent

Bonjour à toute la communauté Tom's Guide !

je vous explique mon problème.
je possède un inspiron 6400 sous vista home 32bits avec 1go de ram

mon soucis est qu'à chaque redémarage de l'ordinateur toutes les applications
(firefox thunderbird open office etc..) mettent un temps sacrément long à ce lancer

exemple : plus de 45 sec pour firefox

le second lancement par contre ira beaucoup plus vite ( quasi instatané pour firefox ...)

je suis ouvert à toutes vos questions et je lancerais tous les hijackthis que vous me demanderez (sachant que je ne sait point du tout les analyser !! ))

en quoi 1go de ram accelerera le 1er lancement des applications ?
en quoi mon a priori manque de ram fait que une fois les applis lancées une fois a chaque fois qu'on les relance il n'y a plus de problèmes?
