pilote son introuvable

bonjour ,
j'ai un pc portable toshiba tecra 9100,j'ai telechargé le pilote son yamaha du site du constructeur,ça refuse de s'installer,j'ai meme essayé avec le driver SOUNDMAX,ça refuse toujours de s'installer,mon carte son est integré au carte mere.voici la configuration de mon pc ,si quelqu'un peut me trouver le driver du son correspondant ,ça me sera d'un grand service.
le messager d'erreur qu'il m'affiche est ilote introuvable,veuillez redemarrez le pc,reexecutez le programme d'installation.j'ai meme formaté le pc,ça ne donne rien;
