il est pas assis sur une mine le photographe? Parce que si c'est le cas je dirais que c'est un truc ironique du genre caricature que tu trouve dans certain journaux, là en l'occurence cela concernerait les touristes qui sont prêt à tout pour prendre une photo.
As the picture represent a man sitting on something like a bomb, just to take a picture of a boat - it looks really ironic and I think it can be a "caricature" again tourists.

coucou : je deirais plus comme ceci : there is a boat in front of a men sitting on a sort of bomb over the water. he is holding a camera, he wants to take a photo of the boat. we can also see an island with palm trees in the background.^^
mais le tien est bien aussi malgrès quelques fautes. :) 

I don't like the way this drawing is draw, i think there isn't enough details and the drawing is to simple. vila. je suis pas sur de la conjugaison du verbe draw dans la premiere phrase, peut etre que c'est drawn, m'en rapl pu :s
