Since always, the man wonders about the meaning of the sleep.
During
a long time, he believed that the sleep was the nothingness because a sleeper looks like a dead man who doesn’t have link anymore with the outside world.
But fortunately, with many researches, these ideas disappeared.
Researchers discovered a lot of qualities to the sleep,
like its physical and mental salvage virtues.
But these last years an important discovery showed that the sleep
was totally different of the “death”.
The sleep would possess a positive influence on the memorization process.
Some people wonder if in case of sleep’s lack, the memory’s disturbs could be appear.
We have to try to demonstrate that the assumption according to which the sleep would be beneficial for the memory, so, for the success, was verified.
It’s important to precise that in average, we sleep about 8 hours per night but the sleep’s needs are different in function to persons. They are genetics and inherit to our parents.
Indeed, the only sign of insufficient sleep is to feel oneself in great shape to day after.
Sleep’s needs depend to socio-professional constraints.
Our study concerns essentially students, because the students are very concerned.
Every day, they make work enormously their memory. Consequently, if this one is failing we will be more susceptible to fail in our studies.
This subject interests us because we are students, and it’s important to success for our professional future.
In the first time, we are going to explain the theoretical part, the researches make in this domain.
In the second time, we decided to make a survey for students.
Then, we shall see the results and the interpretation of this survey.
Finally, it will be debate, if according to you, does Insomnia influence your memorization’s capacities? What do you think?
