The school system is based/ founded on (ce que tu avais ecris était correct mais je pense que c'est mieux ecris comme ca .. a toi de voir !) excellence and tradition . It is bent ( je suppose que là tu voulais dire "résolu" avec bent .. non ?) on providing strict structured lessons made/ written/ organised (parce que je ne pense pas qu'il soit possible de préscrire des leçons.. mais je me trompe peut etre) by the realist, anti youth administration.
