Scan AVAST sous Vista= "Win32:adware-gen" Comment le supprimer?

Bonjour, je viens d'installer Avast sur mon PC portable sous Vista et au scan du DD il m'affiche un virus trouvé "Win32:adware-gen" mais impossible de le mettre en quarantaine ou de le supprimer. Ca ne me pose pas de problème pour me connecté au net comme j'ai pu le voir sur le forum dans le cas de certains, mais j'aimerais quand même le supprimer. J'ai suivi la méthode du hijackthis et voila le résultat, quelqu'un pour traduire et me filer un ti coup de pouce?! Merci d'avance!!!

J'ai pu supprimer le fichier BSplayer\uninstall.exe, BS tourne toujours mais il ne figure plus dans le dossier "installer/désinstaller programme" (logique) et en Scannant le dossier où se trouve BS, Avast ne trouve rien à redire... Est-ce suffisant?
