Voila, j'ai une petite présentation sur new york à rendre pour jeudi et je me demande si il reste des fautes dans mon texte 
. Je ne suis pas très sur de mes temps et de quelques tournures de phrases

History of New York
The first part of new York was Manhattan. In 1926 the Dutch bought this island for $24 and called it "New Amsterdam". The first people who live on this island was twelve slaves. 40 years later, the city has 300 houses. In 1886 , the France give the Statue of Liberty to the city of new York. This monument will be one of the most popular !
Organization of New York:
New York has five boroughs who call the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. There are a Neighborhood for each population : Little italie for italian, Chinatown
for Asians,and African and Spanish in Harlem. The city is located near the est coast of the USA in the state of New York. New York call big apple to but we don't know why. Every street of this city are straight.

120 languages are spoken in new york and spanish african italian asian...live together
Besides lot of museum were build in new york as Museo del Barrio, Jewish Museum, Frick Collection ...
and lot of school and univertsity are renowned as NYU, L'Université Columbia, ...
lot of tourist come from the world to see monuments as the Statue of Liberty ,The Empire State Bulding, ( this monument measures 381 meters ! ), and lot of museums ...
