Comment recup mon comte apres avoir recu le mess ?

Voila je me suis fais hack mon comte, j´ai donc envoyé un message a Valve .
Voila ce qu´il mon repondu :

Je suis donc allé pour recup mon comte !
Dans verification code, je met le code donné dans l´email.
Ensuite il y a une deuxieme case apellé Secret Answer. Je ne sais pas quoi mettre dans cette case !
Plz aidez moi.
