Bonjour à tous. J'ai chopé je ne sais pas comment le virus win32:trojan-gen alors que je pensais être protégé par avast...
Je n'arrive pas à l'éliminer et avast me fait 4 - 5 alertes de suite (puis plus rien ...).
J'ai bien lu dans quelques sujets que la solution passe par hijackthis mais je ne sais pas interpréter le log et j'ai l'impression que la solution apportée à un internaute n'est pas applicable à tous et donc à moi.
Pouvez vous m'aider SVP avant que ma femme m'étripe à cause des heures passées sur cette machine ! :cry:

Bonjour,

Quel est l'emplacement du fichier infecté ?

Télécharge Hijackthis (de Merjin).
Dézippe-le dans un dossier ou sur ton Bureau.

Lance l'application.
Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
Le Bloc-Notes s'ouvre :
-> Edition / Sélectionner Tout
-> Edition / Copier
Colle le rapport ici.

le fichier infecté est dans documents et settings\hp propriétaire\local settings\temp\v3tofha06636

- Assure toi d'avoir accès aux dossiers/fichiers cachés
-> Démarrer
-> Panneau de configuration
-> Options des Dossiers, onglet Affichage :
. Clique sur Afficher les dossiers cachés
. Décoche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
. Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation

Supprime tout ce que tu peux à l'intérieur du dossier Temp.

ok désolé c la première fois q je viens sur un forum ... Pour le scan il vient juste de se terminer et il est ok. Remarque que tout à l'heure après avoir mis ce fichier en quarantaine avec avast et après avoir redémarré, le scan avait été lui aussi ok et les alertes sont apparues par la suite.

il n'y a eu aucun fichier de détecté dans ce scan. Cependant précédemment c'est le même fichier qui réapparaissait dans l'alerte que celui qui avait été mis en quarantaine ou un nom très voisin (g eu deux noms légèrement différents mais toijours dans le meme répertoire)
