Internet s'est ralentit aide avec hijackthis

bonjour,depuis quelques temps mon internet devient de plus en plus lent,j'ai vu qu'on pouvais utiliser hijackthis pour enlever certains,virus ou logiciel espion,j'ai fais un scan mais par contre je ne sais pas ce que je dois supprimer!quelqu'un pourrait m'aider????svp merci
