Need help pour un petit reglage fps, ping pr ma cfg ...

Bonjour, j'aurais besoin d'une config pour regler mon ping et fps.
Je fait donc appel ^^'.
Sinon au niveau de mon pc pour vous aidé à faire cette cfg :
- Connection : Adsl 512k chez neuf telecom (pas violent je sais)
- carte video : Intel 82865G graphics controller
- processeur : Celeron CPU 5.53 GHz
- 504 mo de ram
