The first advantage is the pleasure! For me, it is the most important thing. About health, the benefit of the sport activity are very much. What is sure, it is that the physical activity improves the quality of life. Moreover, the sport has a mentally role : it reinforces the regard of oneself, allows integration in the social place and prevents some problems of insulation. To practise physical activities is to introduce pleasure into its life, but especially to optimize its potential energy and to increase its capital health.
