Problème Css " Cfg "

Salut à tous,
Alors j'ai une petit problème avec mon "CFG" quand je rentre dans mon " cfg " et que je change par exemple les Rate bah sa ne change pas, pourtant je vais bien dans le "cfg" je change les rate j'enrengistre je vais sur css et les rate ne sont toujours pas changer, et cela avec tout ce que je rentre pas que les rate...(cl_cmdrate...) ! Et c'est pareil quand je le met en lecture seul, sa marche toujours pas ...![:(]( ":(")
Alors j'aimerai savoir d'ou viens le problème, je compte sur vous.
